BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT®)
Experience online BWRT® sessions tailored to help you overcome fears and phobias, anxiety and stress as well as PTSD and depression. These sessions can be booked one at a time, although usually a minimum of two sessions will be required.

BWRT® Level 1 or Level 2?
Receive customised therapy plans designed to meet your unique emotional and psychological needs remotely. After our first meeting I will assess whether we move forward with Level 1 work or if Level 2 would be better suited. Find out more about the difference between the two types of work here.

Book a BWRT® package.
Book a a package of 4 or 6 sessions structured to work with specific needs. Level 2 work requires a package of 6 sessions to be booked in advance.
